Olayinka (Ola) Erinle initially joined Dalton as a co-op student, supporting our quantity surveying and project management teams. With his strong foundation in project delivery, stakeholder engagement and business strategy, Ola learned quickly and soon transitioned into a Project Assistant role. In this interview, we spoke with Ola about his role at Dalton to learn about his background, what he's learned so far and what he is excited about in the future.
